Brownie Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 sq. baking chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Directions

    Combine first three ingredients in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil and cook for three minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in butter.

    Add vanilla.

    Cool slightly, then blend in sifted confectioners sugar.

    If too thick, thin with a drop of hot water.
