- 10 ounces, weight Butter
- 8 ounces, weight Bittersweet Chocolate
- 3 whole Eggs
- 9 ounces, weight Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 ounces, weight All-purpose Flour
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Caramel Sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°F.

2Melt butter and chocolate together. Cool. Mix eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla together. Blend in chocolate mixture. Sift the flour and fold in.

3Pour batter into a prepared 9 x 13 pan. Mix cream cheese and caramel sauce. Pour on top of brownie mixture and swirl with a toothpick to make a decorative pattern.

4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 48 brownies.
