- 2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat; add oleo and stir.

2Add onion and cook until translucent.

3Add flour; stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

4Add garlic, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Add milk and stir until it thickens.
