  • 1 c. melted oleo
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 egg whites, beaten stiffly
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Melt oleo.

    Add cocoa and sugar.

    Separate eggs and add egg yolks to mixture.

    Add flour.

    Fold in beaten egg white and vanilla.

    Pour into prepared pan for 25 minutes.
