- 2 med. tomatoes, finely chopped (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp. fresh green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2Place bread slices on an ungreased cookie sheet.

3Drizzle each slice with olive oil.

4Bake approximately 8 minutes or until the bread is toasted golden brown.

5Remove and cool slices.
