- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 14 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 cup whole milk
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 13 cups sifted cake flour
- 2 tablespoons soft butter
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground fresh nutmeg
Directions

1Mix first nine ingredients, add two cups of the flour.

2Batter will be thick.

3Spread batter in greased oblong cake pan.

4Mix the remaining ingredients, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining flour, into a small pot, over low heat until blended.

5Crumble this over the batter.

6Bake 350 degrees F.
