- 1 pound hot sausage
- 1 pound mild sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. French onion dip
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 30 oz. package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain.

2Combine cheese, soup and dip, onion and peppers and mix well.

3Fold into hash browns.

4Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9/13 pan.

5Top with 1/2 sausage.

6Spread rest of mixture on top ending with sausage.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

8Serves 12-14.
