- 1 1/2 lb. cooked sausage
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 10 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz. can)
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- seasoned croutons (enough to cover 9 x 13-inch pan)
Directions

1Place croutons in 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Spread sausage over croutons.

3Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over sausage.

4Mix eggs, milk, soup, onions and mushrooms.

5Pour over sausage, croutons and cheese.

6Top with remaining cheese.

7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

8Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 350°.
