- 8 slices bread, trimmed and cubed
- 3/4 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 lb. sausage or 2 c. ham
Directions

1Place bread crumbs on bottom of buttered casserole dish. Cover with cheese and mushrooms.

2Add meat.

3Mix eggs, milk and mustard.

4Pour over layered mixture.

5Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

6Before baking, pour mushroom soup on casserole.

7Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
