Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot bulk sausage, cooked and drained (Jimmy Dean)
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 6 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped and sauteed
  • 1 green pepper, chopped and sauteed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Refrigerate overnight.

    Next morning, bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
