  • 12 slices of bread
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 lb. swiss cheese (grated)
  • 1 lb. bacon (fried and cut)
  • 3 cup milk
  • 6 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Remove crust from bread and place into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan.

    Layer cheese and bacon.

    Mix together milk, eggs and pour over the top.
