- 1/2 lb. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

2Arrange 5 slices of bread, layer of cheese and sausage.

3Arrange rest of bread and sausage.

4Blend eggs and other ingredients.

5Pour over casserole. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

6Bake uncovered at 325° for 1 hour or until done.
