- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent roll dough
- 2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Crumble sausage in skillet; brown.

2Drain well and set aside. Line bottom of buttered, 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with the crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

3Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.
