Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage (Owens, etc.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent roll dough
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Crumble sausage in skillet; brown.

    Drain well and set aside. Line bottom of buttered, 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with the crescent roll dough, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle with sausage and cheese.

    Combine remaining ingredients; beat well and pour over sausage.
