- 3 or 4 egg bagels, halved
- 2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
Directions

1Spray a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish with nonstick spray.

2Line the pan with bagels (it should take between 3 to 4 bagels to line 13 x 9-inch pan).

3Saute sausage; drain well and sprinkle over bagels. Cover sausage with cheese.

4Beat together remaining ingredients. Pour over sausage/cheese bagels.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).

6Refrigerate overnight!

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

8This dish is even better as a leftover.
