  • 3 lb. stew meat, cut small
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth or part beef broth and part red wine
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • onion, boilers or sliced white

Directions

    Put meat and vegetables into oven casserole dish.

    Mix broth and soups together.

    Pour over meat and vegetables.

    Cover and bake for 2 hours at 350°.

    If desired, the last 15 minutes, add fresh broccoli flowerets.
