  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled (also good with crab meat or ham)
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream (2 c.)
  • 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 2 green onions, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika (garnish)
