  • 12 slices bread, butter and remove crusts
  • 3 to 4 c. diced ham
  • 1 lb. Swiss, Colby or Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of onion salt

Directions

    Put 6 slices of bread in 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.

    Put on 1/2 of the ham and cheese.
  3. 3
    Then 6 slices of bread, ham and cheese. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over all.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
