- 2 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices of bacon
Directions

1In bottom of greased 10x6x1 3/4-inch baking dish, combine croutons and cheese.

2In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and seasonings.

3Mix until blended.

4Pour over crouton mixture in baking dish.

5Cook 4 slices of bacon until crisp, drain and crumble.

6Sprinkle over the top of casserole.

7Bake in 325 degree oven for 55-60 minutes or until eggs are set.
