  • 2 c. croutons (plain)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Mix croutons and cheese.

    Put in bottom of a greased large casserole.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over crouton-cheese layer.

    Crumble 4 slices of cooked bacon on top.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
