- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Mix croutons and cheese.

2Put in bottom of a greased large casserole.

3Mix other ingredients and pour over crouton-cheese layer.

4Crumble 4 slices of cooked bacon on top.

5Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
