- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked
- 3 c. milk
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Put 6 slices of bread in an 11 x 7-inch pan.

2Top with 1/2 of the crumbled bacon and cheeses.

3Top with remaining 6 slices of bread.

4Add remaining bacon and cheese.

5Combine eggs, milk and salt.

6Pour over bacon and cheeses.

7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
