Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. plain croutons
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of pepper
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Combine croutons and cheese.

    Place in greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

    Combine slightly beaten eggs with milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper; mix until blended.

    Pour over croutons; crumble bacon over top of casserole.

    Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.

    Garnish with bacon curls. Serves 6.
