- 2 c. plain croutons
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Combine croutons and cheese.

2Place in greased 10 x 6-inch baking dish.

3Combine slightly beaten eggs with milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper; mix until blended.

4Pour over croutons; crumble bacon over top of casserole.

5Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes or until eggs are set.

6Garnish with bacon curls. Serves 6.
