- 4 c. seasoned croutons
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Use a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

2Combine croutons and cheese and spread on bottom of greased dish.

3Beat the eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, onion salt and dash of pepper.

4Mix and pour over the croutons and cheese.

5Prepare and refrigerate overnight.

6May be topped with cooked crumbled bacon (8 slices) or bacon bits.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
