Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 (15 oz.) cans corned beef hash
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- garlic powder and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Coat a 9-inch pie plate with butter.

2Mix hash and one beaten egg.

3Press into plate to form crust.

4Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

5Saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter.

6Layer cheese, sauteed onion and mixed vegetables in crust.

7Beat together remaining eggs, milk, flour, mustard, garlic powder and pepper. Pour over mixture in crust.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until filling is set.

9Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

10Makes 6 servings.
