  • 2 medium, diced potatoes
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 10 oz. barbecued beef
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • 1 medium, chopped onion
  • 10 oz. barbecued pork
  • 2 cans white chunk chicken
  • 1 can drained peas

    Melt butter.

    Saute onion and potatoes and add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
