  • 2 fryers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans Lindy English peas
  • 3 cans Libby's corn
  • 4 cans tomatoes
  • 1 regular bottle catsup
  • 1/2 to 1 c. vinegar (enough to get greasy taste out)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar (to taste)
  • 2 or 3 large onions

Directions

    Boil 2 fryers in salted water until tender.

    Brown 1 pound ground beef.

    Grind meat together in a meat grinder along with 2 or 3 large onions.
