- 2 1/2 c. dried beans
- 8 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 2 Tbsp. Bac*Os bits
Directions

1Rinse and sort beans.

2In large pot, put the water and dried beans.

3Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.

4Remove from heat. Allow to stand, covered, for 1 hour.

5Drain off soak water and rinse beans.

6In pot, cook 1 hour.

7Season with salt, Wesson oil and Bac*Os bits or season as you like.

8Continue cooking 30 minutes.
