  • 18 yr old balsamic vinegar
  • baguette
  • garlic infused olive oil
  • slivered basil
  • Parmesan cheese grated if desired

    Halve tomatoes and scoop out pulp

    Coat tomatoes with olive oil

    Salt and Pepper lighting

    Drizzle balsamic vinegar

    Bake 375 deg for 20 minutes until the tomatoes collapse

    Cool

    Slice baguette

    Drizzle with garlic olive oil lightly toasted
