  • 2 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 bunch basil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1 loaf Italian bread

Directions

    dice onions and tomatoes in small pices,add salt pepper,oregano, olive oil chop basil.

    mix well refridgerate for 10 minutes.

    slice bread in 1/2inch slices toast lightly.

    one tablespoon of bruscetta mix per slice.
