- 2 pkgs frozen Brussel Sprouts (10 oz. each)
- 1 large tomato or 1 pkg grape tomatoes or 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 vinegar
- 1/4 salad oil
- 1-1/2 tsp. chervil (or parsley can be substituted)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Snipped parsley
Directions

1Cook brussel sprouts according to directions on pkg.

2Mix vinegar, oil, chervil, salt,

3and pepper in tightly covered jar. Pour over hot brussel sprouts.

4Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Before serving, add sliced tomato or cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes.

5Sprinkle with snipped parsley.
