- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- salt and freshly ground pepper

1Remove the outer wilted leaves from sprouts; trim stems.
