- Quick Rising Yeast Dough
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Shape pieces of dough into 1 1/2-inch balls (about the size of walnuts).

2Mix sugars and spices in a bowl.

3Dip balls into butter and roll in sugar/spice mixture.

4Place 1 layer of balls in a well-greased 10-inch tube pan, sides slightly touching.

5Sprinkle with some of the nuts.

6Top with another layer of balls, placing them in the wells created by the first layer.

7Sprinkle with more nuts.

8Continue until pan is near two-thirds full.

9Allow space for it to rise again.

10Allow to rise about 35 minutes.
