- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 c. cabbage, chopped and cooked
- salt to taste
- 2 c. White Sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook sausage in skillet, breaking it up with a fork as it cooks. When no pink is showing, transfer sausage to a bowl.

3Place chopped onions to the sausage drippings and cook until limp.

4Drain and add to sausage and mix well.

5Spread the meat mixture in the bottom of casserole dish.

6Cover with cabbage leaves.

7Add salt.

8Pour White Sauce over mixtures and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbling hot.
