  • 1/2 cup Skippy(R) Super Chunk(R) Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 cup Country Crock(R) Spread
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips about 1 cup

    Line baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper; set aside.

    Combine Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter with 1/2 cup Spread in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in sugar.

    Knead peanut butter mixture on cutting board or flat surface until smooth. Shape mixture into 54 (3/4-inch) balls. Arrange balls on prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, melt chocolate with remaining 1/4 cup Spread in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.

    Dip balls into chocolate using 2 forks, covering 2/3 of ball and leaving one side exposed to resemble buckeyes. Return to baking sheet.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
