- 6 large baking potatoes
- 4 small onions, thinly sliced
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Peel potatoes if desired.

2Slice each potato crosswise at 1/4-inch intervals, cutting to but not through, opposite side. Carefully insert onion slices into cuts.

3Sprinkle each potato with seasoned salt and pepper; dot with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.

4Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.

5Bake potatoes at 400° for 1 hour.
