Ingredients

  • 2 cans beans, drained (1 prefer mix of pinto and kidney)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 lb. ground beef or turkey (I swear you can't tell the difference!)
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
  • 2 large cans whole tomatoes, mashed with hand potato masher
  • 1 c. V-8 juice

Directions

    In a large skillet, add meat, chopped onions, garlic and all spices.

    Cook until meat is done.

    Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours.

    Adjust spices according to your taste.
