Buffalo Chicken Wrap

  • 1 whole Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Hot Sauce
  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (I Used La Tortilla Factory)
  • 4 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cups Romaine Lettuce, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese

Directions

    Grill a chicken breast in a pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.

    Remove it from the pan, let it rest for a minute or two and then slice it into thin strips.

    Place chicken strips into a bowl and add the hot sauce.

    Toss until chicken is well coated.

    Lay out your tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in a circular motion.

    Sprinkle your cheese and lettuce on top.

    Add the Buffalo chicken and roll up your wrap.

    Slice in half before serving.

    Serve the remaining 2 tablespoons of ranch for dipping.
