  • 2 1/2 lb. wingettes
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 c. Canola oil
  • 1 bottle Bluefront barbecue sauce (hot or mild)
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • Nature's seasoning
  • Mrs. Dash

Directions

    Mix barbecue sauce, honey and mustard thoroughly and allow the flavors to mix.

    Season wingettes to taste and flour.

    Heat Canola until very hot for deep frying.

    Fry wingettes and allow excess oil to drain.

    Stir wingettes into sauce mixture.

    Let set 10 minutes.

    Serve with Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Serves 4.
