- 2 1/2 lb. wingettes
- 1 c. flour
- 4 c. Canola oil
- 1 bottle Bluefront barbecue sauce (hot or mild)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. mustard
- Nature's seasoning
- Mrs. Dash
Directions

1Mix barbecue sauce, honey and mustard thoroughly and allow the flavors to mix.

2Season wingettes to taste and flour.

3Heat Canola until very hot for deep frying.

4Fry wingettes and allow excess oil to drain.

5Stir wingettes into sauce mixture.

6Let set 10 minutes.

7Serve with Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks. Serves 4.
