- 1/4 c. butter
- celery

1Fry chicken wings until golden brown.

2Melt butter and add butter to hot sauce.

3Take large bowl and add chicken wings and sauce; mix well.

4Re-fry chicken wings for 2 minutes.

5Add back to sauce and top with Blue cheese dressing and celery.
