- 2 lb. chicken wings
- 1 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Cut off wing tips from wings and discard.

2Cut remaining wings at the joint.

3Put wings in crock-pot and add chicken bouillon. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.

4Drain.

5Put on broiler tray.

6Combine salt, pepper, cornstarch, brown sugar and ginger.

7Brush sauce on wings.

8Broil until glazed.

9Turn and repeat on other side.
