  • 24 chicken wings
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • peanut oil
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 5 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Cut chicken wings in half (at joint) and discard wing tips. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Fry wings (6 to 8 at a time) in hot peanut oil (375°) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Drain well on paper towels.
