- 12 chicken wings, about 2 lbs.
- 2 T. hot pepper sauce
- 2 T. margarine or butter
- celery sticks
- Refrigerated chunky blue cheese dressing and dip
Directions

1Cut wing tips off at joint and discard; cut each wing in half at joint.

2On rack in broiler pan, arrange wings.

3Broil 6 inches from heat, 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, turning occasionally.

4Transfer to serving platter.

5Meanwhile, in 1 qt. saucepan, over medium heat, heat hot pepper sauce and margarine until margarine is melted, stirring often.

6Drizzle over wings.

7Serve with celery stick and dressing for dipping.
