  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Thaw potatoes for 45 minutes.

    Mix all ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350°.
