- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 small pkg. potato chips, crumbled
Directions

1Take potatoes from freezer and spread in a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.

2Then melt margarine; add onion, sour cream and soup.

3Pour over potatoes, then put cheese on top.

4Cover with crumbled potato chips.

5Bake for 1 hour at 375°.
