- 4 medium baking potatoes
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. light or heavy cream
Directions

1Pare potatoes and cut lengthwise in strips as for French fries.

2Place potatoes in center of a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil fitted to an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish.

3Dot potatoes with butter.

4Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley and cheese.

5Pour cream over.
