- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. roast beef
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed toast
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 or 3 crushed garlic
- 1/3 c. chopped green onion
Directions

1In mixing bowl (with lid) combine meat, lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and put in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Put it back in the refrigerator for another 5 to 6 hours.

4Cook meat in a skillet at medium-high heat.
