  • 1 tsp. salad oil
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in thin strips (1/4 x 1-inch)
