  • 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 3-1/2 cups cold milk

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Mix flour, nuts, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

    Bake 20 min.

    or until lightly browned.

    Cool.

    Whisk cream cheese and 2 Tbsp.

    milk in large bowl until blended.

    Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread onto crust.

    Beat pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
