  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. bulgur
  • 3/4 c. chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. thin sliced scallion greens or parsley

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until softened.

    Add bulgur and cook 1 minute.

    Add broth and bring to a boil.

    Cook, covered, over low heat 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

    Fluff with fork.

    Add pecans and parsley.
