- 1 sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. bulgur
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. thin sliced scallion greens or parsley
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until softened.

2Add bulgur and cook 1 minute.

3Add broth and bring to a boil.

4Cook, covered, over low heat 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

5Fluff with fork.

6Add pecans and parsley.
