- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can whole corn
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- seasoned salt to taste
- 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
Directions

1Put bulgur wheat in bowl.

2Add boiling water; let stand 1 hour.

3Drain and return to bowl.
