- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. crushed black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp. diagonally sliced scallions (optional)
Directions

1Slice steak across the grain in very thin slices, no more than 1/4-inch thick.

2In a small bowl, combine rest of ingredients, except scallions, to make marinade; mix well.
